"We kunnen een heel boekwerk schrijven, maar vooral rust en ruimte bij een fantastisch stel met een vrolijke dochter in een heerlijk huisje heeft onze vakantie tot iets onvergetelijks gemaakt. De vele tips van Elena en het heerlijke en verrassende eten van Ennio waren geweldig. Sita kwam ook vaak aan het eind van de middag even gezellig kletsen en chipjes eten. Elke ochtend, als we op de veranda zaten te ontbijten, kwam Lino (de hond) even buurten en Doris (de poes) kwam s'avonds nog even langs. Al met al een geweldige stek in een fantastisch gebied!"

Caravanserraglio this summer was one of the biggest events this year-
we really found peace and relaxation in a beautiful and friendly environment.
We remember the beautiful view over the valley, riding, great food
and the "gourmet session" in the restaurant, a very comfortable and
spacious house, the little white cat and the pool. The relaxed atmosphere,
the hospitality and the beautiful surroundings made the week very
special, different and something to remember. We have recommended

"We willen jullie nogmaals hartelijk danken voor de gastvrijheid
en het heerlijke eten. Ook de pasta op de laatste avond heeft ons
heel erg goed gesmaakt. Het was verrukkelijk. Ik ga zeker proberen
om het hier ook een keer te maken. Natuurlijk zal het zeker niet zo
smaken als Ennio het klaar maakt, maar wie weet, kom ik een beetje
in de buurt. De foto's hebben we inmiddels aan een aantal mensen laten
zien en iedereen is er erg verrukt over. Men had niet verwacht, dat
het in de Marken zo ontzettend mooi is."

Geen sta "caravan"(serraglio) doch een landelijke woning s'ochtends
een frisse duik en ontbijtje met honing met paarden en honden bloemen
in de wei en Ennio en Sita altijd opgewekt en blij aan meters lange
tafels vol van spijs en drank groeit vriendschap in vele talen onvergetelijk..dank!
"Inmiddels zijn wij weer een weekje thuis en hebben alweer 2 dagen gewerkt. Dat viel wel even heel erg tegen, na zo'n heerlijke vakantie met zoveel rust en ruimte. Je wordt er op zo'n manier wel duidelijk aan herinnert in wat voor 'n hectiek wij eigenlijk leven. Maar ja, je went er ook wel weer aan en daarbij is het ook heerlijk om te weten dat het ook anders kan. En kunnen we weer uitkijken naar een volgende vakantie."

"Inmiddels ben ik alweer twee weken thuis! ik denk met veel plezier
terug aan mijn verblijf op Caravanserraglio. Nogmaals bedankt voor
het geweldige verblijf, en de heerlijke olijfolie ook. Zijn jullie
al begonnen aan de oogst van dit jaar? Hierbij stuur ik een aantal
foto's van voornamelijk onze sessies aan tafel. Ik heb trouwens verschillende
